4A-Tennis Adult Learn-To-Play THURS

This class is designed specifically for adults with little to no tennis experience who want to learn the game in a welcoming environment with other beginner adults. Taught by the USTA award-winning Santa Monica Tennis Collective, players learn the fundamentals of tennis through engaging drills and games while building confidence and having fun. Grab a friend or come on your own and meet others who are just getting started. Players will learn the basics of stroke production, including forehands, backhands, volleys, serves, grips, and footwork, building a strong foundation that prepares them to progress to the next level of technique and play. REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refunds will be prorated. Refund/transfer requests must be emailed to the Community Classes & Camps office at community.classes@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.

REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.

CANCELLED CLASSES: Makeups will not be offered for classes missed by the student. Programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
