Make your own splash and learn the fundamentals of synchronized swimming! Learn sculling techniques, layouts, ballet legs, floats more, then set your new skills to music with a beautiful and athletic routine each class. Aqualillies classes are a great way to stay in shape and make friends in a supportive environment! Classes are designed for adults and no previous synchronized swimming experience required. Required Pre-Requisites: basic swimming and treading water abilities.
